Staff Accountant

The Coalition to End Childhood Lead Poisoning, 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, dedicated to the prevention of childhood lead poisoning and the creation of Healthy Homes has an immediate opening for a Staff Accountant to join their organization in downtown Baltimore.  This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary and an  excellent professional work environment with room for growth for proven professionals.

Responsibilities include handling all accounts receivable and payable functions to ensure timely payment of invoices and customer billing; preparing and executing semi-monthly payroll via ADP PayExpert; receiving purchase orders and tracking the related expenses; preparing journal entries; managing company credit cards and reconciling the monthly statements; and assisting the COO in maintaining excellent financial records, preparing special projects, and managing the overall workflow of the department.

Executive Assistant to the Director

The Coalition to End Childhood Lead Poisoning seeks a highly skilled, polished and professional Executive Assistant to work directly with and for the Executive Director in a fast paced environment. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for scheduling, presentation preparation, financial reporting, database management reports, and general office administration.

The Coalition pays full family coverage for Health, Vision and Dental and salary is competitive based on experience. Receptionist/Administration

The Coalition to End Childhood Lead Poisoning is currently seeking a competent and experienced professional to join their organization in its Baltimore office.   The Receptionist will be responsible for greeting visitors, answering a multi-line telephone system, providing customer service, database entry, and assisting with maintaining files. Other duties will be assigned in support of the administrative function of the organization.
